The only time when weight loss really worked for me was when I started getting back to routine after my slip ups. So I am disciplined for few days and then I slip and then I get back to my routine. How are you. I haven''t he...Dear Tas Asad,<br /><br />How are you. I haven''t heard from you since long on IL.<br /><br />1. Initially you will feel heavy while doing your workouts. So give it sometime till you start feeling light.<br /><br />2. I go for my workout between 7:30PM to 9:00PM, sometimes even later. The only time I can hit the gym is when hubby dear comes back home and take charge of the baby for 45 minutes. I have never followed a regular time for my workouts, I adjust my workouts according to my schedules.<br /><br />3. If you are not happy with eating dinner at 6PM then don't do so. I was asked to do the same long back, I did it for 8 months, lost quiet a bit of weight but I could not follow this rule for life and ended up gaining more weight. Thumb of the rule is to follow the things that you can do for life. Your gym instructor needs to design a plan according to your likes. Now a days I have my dinner at 10PM and still I lost weight.<br /><br />4. Counting calories can be tricky. I started with having a basic idea about the foods that I eat on regular basis, like calories in 2 bread, 1 tsp oil, calories in 1 roti, dhal. Once I have a basic idea I design my meals accordingly. Vegetables have less calories and I do not count calories in them (else I will end up hungry).<br /><br />Remember, calorie deficit should not only happen with the diet. Its a combination of exercise and diet. So you can eat 1700- 1800 calories and when you do a 45 minutes workout at the gym you can burn 200 - 300 calories. This way you can eat little more food and still get best results.<br /><br />You are beautiful, no one can take that away from you.
