These are my before and after pics. The above one was taken in Jan, 2009 and the below picture was taken in November, 2009. I guess I came a long way in these months :)
even i am on my way to weight lose.. it's been a week now and I think i have redced a lil coz i started getting into the suits which i cudn't earlier.. Thanks ur recipes help a lot...it helps as u dont have to starve.. i will get a weighing scale for myself and keep u posted on that...i even tried that Suji toast. It tasted great now my husband want it everyday for breakfast, he liked it sooo much...
Sorry for the delay in reply. Hey, I am glad you like my recipes and happy to know about your weight loss. Please do keep me posted on your weight stats. Once you get the weighing scale you will know the direction in which you are going.
Weight loss always happens, what is required is persistence and patience thats all.

Morning 9:00 am - tea with sugar free Brekfast 11:00 am - kellogs K special(200 ml milk + 30grms kellogs +1/2 tea spoon roohafza for flavour) lunch 2:00 pm - oats upma / 2 chaps with a bowl dal evening sm=nacks 5:00 pm - 2 suji toast (brown/ wheat bread) dinner 9:00 pm rice + any veg(mostly Guard or tori) cant compromise on dinner as its the only meal me wnd my hubby take together ..
hi dear shivani this side .i am 25yrs old and my weight is 76 and height is 5.2.i am doing gym 5-6 days a week earlier i loose 10kgs in 2.5 months but now my weight become stable although i m loosing inches .pls suggest me wat to do

This is amazing! I've to put myself on this weight loss regime..and have done this so many times..zero consistency is my only problem :(
